A few of the schools & music programs we proudly serve.
Built around your program.
We've run a small music business for nearly fifty years. The program is shaped by what we wish someone had offered us.
A partner who's run the shop.
We're a family-owned music store, not a national chain or a call center. When something comes up, you reach the people who actually handle your instruments — and we tailor the program to your students, your budget, and the way you already do things.
You pick the instruments & books.
Your program, your specs. Tell us the brands, models, accessory kits, and method books you want your students on, and we build the rental menu around it — so every family gets exactly what you'd choose for them.
Service that picks up the phone.
We handle the families, the billing, the follow-up, and the headaches. You get one point of contact who knows your name and your program — and answers when you call.
We come to you.
The thing the big online sellers can't do: show up. We're local, and we're in your building on a regular schedule.
Weekly pickups & deliveries.
Our driver comes right to your school on a set weekly schedule — dropping off rentals and supplies, and picking up anything that needs to go back to the bench. No shipping boxes, no waiting.
Local, in-house repairs.
Repairs are done by our own technicians in our own shop — brass, woodwind, and strings, from routine maintenance to full overhauls. We collect them on the weekly run and your staff can talk directly to the tech doing the work.
We handle everything,
so you can teach.
Tools we built to keep your students playing.
Partner with us and your directors and students get software we built in-house — included with your program, at no extra cost.
Your own teacher portal.
One dashboard for your whole program — no matter where the instruments came from. Whether it's rented from us, from another vendor, family-owned, or school-owned, you can track every student and their instrument in one place, and request a repair the moment something breaks.
- Works across every vendor — Tunepike, other rentals, family- and school-owned
- Track every student and their instrument in one live roster
- Request a repair in a couple of clicks the moment something breaks
A Discover Music experience.
Keep students curious between lessons. Our Discover Music page surfaces a new album every visit, lets them rate what they hear, and filters by instrument — a simple way to grow the listeners behind the players.

Free, no-login tools your students can use anywhere — an instrument tuner, metronome, and more. Share the link and they're set up to practice at home, no app to install.

We'll be in touch within one business day. Together we build it — instruments, books, pricing, and a pickup schedule shaped to your community.
Launch
We run your first rental night with you — then we take it from there: billing, repairs, collections, weekly visits, and follow-up.
Trusted by directors and schools.
Having a shop that visits weekly, handles our rentals and repairs, and knows my program by name has been the glue that holds our band together.
They pick the instruments I want my students on, they show up when they say they will, and the repairs come back fast. It's made my job a lot easier.
Placeholder — swap in 2–4 real quotes from directors you work with.
Good to know.
Does it cost the school anything?
No. There's no setup fee and no cost to your program. Families pay for their own rentals directly to us, and we handle all the billing.
Can we use a purchase order, co-op contract, or our tax-exempt status?
Yes. We work with POs, co-op and BOCES contracts, and tax-exempt schools every day. We'll handle the paperwork on our end and make it simple for you.
Do you really come to our school?
Yes — that's the whole point. Our driver runs a regular weekly route to drop off rentals and supplies and pick up anything that needs repair.
Can I pick the specific instruments and books my students use?
Absolutely. You set the specs — brands, models, accessory kits, and method books — and we build your rental menu around exactly that.
